Returns

At Be Stylish Women, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at cawthonsamueladam@gmail.com with your order details.

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will provide return instructions

  2. Ship the item to the address provided

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  • Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
